■担当業務
低温事業本部の事業企画：担当役員直轄のプロジェクトにコアメンバーとして参画し、グローバルでのコールドチェーン市場調査を行い、低温事業の急拡大の為の戦略・実行計画の立案と推進を担う。
＜調査・検討のスコープ＞
・地域：グローバル（インド・アセアン、中東、北米、欧州など）
・市場分野：低温市場全体（低温倉庫や冷凍トラック、小売店舗のショーケースなど多様）
・競合他社との強み・弱み分析（商品力・ネットワーク、開発力等）
・成長戦略の方向性と目指す事業の在り方・提供価値の仮説立案
・実現に必要な提携連携戦略の立案と実行（相手方との交渉への参画含む）
■使用ツール
パワーポイント、ワード、エクセル、Teamsなど
■ポジション・立場
事業企画（グローバル事業化担当）
