【業務内容】
露光装置稼働のPDCAサイクルを回す
●Plan:顧客先スタートアップサポートの計画策定
・顧客との対話（担当営業殿と顧客ヒアを行う）
・要求内容を基に計画策定し、関係部門と共有
●Do:顧客先装置の最適化設定サポート
・顧客先にて装置設定最適化作業を行う。
・最適化内容の報告会実施
●Check・Action：引き渡し後の稼働分析と生産性向上に関する提案
・稼働移行状況をモニターし、稼働分析を行う。
・製品Yieldと生産性最大化の提案を行う。

Required Skills

【歓迎】
・デバイス生産工場での勤務経験
・半導体製造装置（関連設備）や材料（スク・プロセス等）開発や提供に関する業務経験
・海外出張、駐在経験（国問わず）
・リーダー職の経験
