製品開発部門からの要求に応じてファームウェア/ソフトウェア開発のサポート及び、日本での生産をサポートし、
デンマーク本社のR Dと密接に連携しながら業務を行います。
ファームウェア6割、ソフトウェア4割
直接の製品開発ではなく、パソコン上で製品をテストし、通信を通してカメラの状態をログに吐き出させる。
その結果をもとにローカルサーバーに同期してPCの設定を見直すといった改善業務がメインです。
仕事内容
ソフトウェア/ファームウェアの日本での生産サポート
R Dチーム（デンマーク）およびエンジニアリングチーム（日本）と共に製品品質を構築する。
主にファームウェア/ソフトウェアの問題に関して、エンジニアリングチームおよび生産チームとの不適合およびDOAの管理
技術チーム（日本）の活動をサポート/管理する。
例えば、R Dとのコミュニケーションによるその他の技術的問題、ECOや不適合のクローズ、有効期限のある治工具の管理など。
製造オペレーターへの作業指示書作成

Required Skills
必須条件： ファームウェア/ソフトウェアに携わった経験。
学歴 : 経営学、工学、またはその他類似の課程で学士号を取得していること。
問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力、リーダーシップ、柔軟でオープンなマインドをお持ちの方。
実務経験： ファームウェア／ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験3年以上
Pythonの基礎知識があると尚よい
