ITエンジニアとして、様々な部門のメンバーと共同しながら以下の業務を担当していただきます。
・先端テクノロジーの調査・戦略策定: IT・デジタル領域の最新技術動向を調査・分析し、事業戦略に貢献する技術活用戦略を策定します。（AI、クラウド、IoTなど）
・PoC・MVP開発の推進: 技術検証のためのPoC（概念実証）や、実用的なMVP（実用最小限の製品）の開発を主導します。
・幅広いテクノロジー領域への挑戦: ハードウェア（モバイル、IoT）からソフトウェア（AI、データ分析）、クラウドまで、多様な技術領域でプロジェクトを推進します。
・技術情報の発信・共有: 調査・検証した技術情報を社内へ発信し、技術力向上に貢献します。

About the Position:

You will:
'As an IT Engineer you will collaborate across various departments focusing on the following key areas:

Researching and strategizing cutting edge tech in IT digital such as AI cloud and IoT.
Leading PoC and MVP development.
Working on diverse tech from hardware （mobile IoT） to software （AI data analysis） and cloud.
Sharing technical information within the company.

＜求める経験＞
・Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験: フロントエンド（React Vue.js Angularなど）およびバックエンド（Node.js Python Rubyなど）を用いたWebアプリケーションの設計、開発、テストの実務経験。
・APIおよびマイクロサービスに関する知識・開発経験: REST、GraphQLなどを用いたAPI設計・開発の実務経験。マイクロサービスベースのアプリケーション開発経験。さらに、大規模システムでのAPI連携やマイクロサービス開発・運用経験があれば尚可。
・AI・データ利活用アプリケーションの開発経験: クラウド環境でのAI・データ利活用サービス利用とアプリケーション開発の実務経験。さらに、Python、R等を用いたAIモデル開発や、BIツールでのデータ分析基盤開発経験があると尚可。


＜求めるスキル・知識・能力＞
・フロントエンドからバックエンド、API設計、データベース、インフラまで、Webアプリケーション開発に必要な幅広い技術領域をカバーする実践的なスキルを有していること。
・AWSまたはGoogle Cloudのクラウド環境に関する基本的な知識と、それらを活用したシステム構築・運用スキル。さらに、クラウドサービスの選定やアーキテクチャ設計、IaCの実践経験があると尚可。
・アジャイル開発プロセス（特にスクラムフレームワーク）に関する深い理解と、実務レベルでの実践スキルを有していること。
