・人材要件/募集用件作成のコンサルテーション
・母集団形成戦略の立案と推進（大学訪問、ダイレクトリクルーティングや説明会の実施、エージェントコミュニケーションなど）
・書類選考及び面接対応（カジュアル面談含む）
・ATSメンテナンス、媒体管理、内定者管理など

Required Skills
