・ラインマネジャーへの日常的なパフォーマンスマネジメント指導（メンタリング、キャリアプランニング、コーチングなど）
・ラインマネジャーが組織、人材、変革に関連する問題に対処できるよう支援する。
・生産性向上と業績向上のための組織設計の最適化
・カルチャー/トランスフォーメーションなど、カルチャーに関連する取り組みに対するアドバイスや提案の提供
・従業員のウェルネス、ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョン、タレントマネジメントに関するHRM介入の実施
・経営陣や人事担当者と協力し、対立を解決し、良好な従業員関係、良好な職場環境の維持、士気の向上、望まない離職の減少を支援する。
・ローカルブランドチームやその他の部門と効果的な関係を築き、
そのチームからのサポートが効率的、効果的、タイムリーに行われるようにする。
