Job Description
万博運営事務局内での通訳・庶務のお仕事です。
多くの来場者が安心して楽しむために、会場警備・防災等対応する部署内での就業です。
研修期間もありますので、安心して業務に取り組めます。

【期間】2025年3月17日～2025年10月16日
主な業務
・参加国への研修時やブリーフィングにおける通訳
・英語での通報者からの電話対応、会場内現場対応への同行・通訳
・資料作成や会場内の情報収集、その他庶務業務
①研修期間
2025年3月17日～2025年4月11日
月～金 9：30～16：00（休憩1時間）
休日：土日祝
②開催期間
2025年4月12日～2025年10月16日
土日祝含む8：30～22：30の間で2交代制を想定しています。（4勤2休）
早番：8：30～15：30 遅番：15：30～22：30（休憩1時間含む）※実働6時間
