A successful Finance Manager should have:

• MUST: Business level in English and Japanese
• An academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a finance management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
