User support in Japanese and English
PC Kitting and delivery of to users
On-site support for requests received by the global helpdesk
Provide remote support for users (Sales Staff) who works out side office environment.
Local hands-and-eyes support for network and server equipment based on instructions from the global team.
Asset management and Audit support for IT assets
Document creation and user manual translation provided by the headquarters
Language:
Business Level English Skills (TOEIC 750 or above)
Business Level Japanese Skills (JLPT N2 preferred)
Work Hours:
Mon ~ Fri, 9:00 to 18:00
Salary:
Up to 320,000 Yen/month (based on skills and experience)

2 years or above IT experience. Excellent soft skills for communication with others.
Experiences in installation and configuration of Windows OS in enterprise environment, as well as the support experience and knowledge of MS Office.
Experiences in installation and configuration of iOS and Android terminal.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN (Ethernet・TCP/IT etc.), IP telephony and related experience.
Helpdesk, user support technician experience with PC hardware or software support experience.
Effective communication skills via phone and email (both in Japanese and in English)
