Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: -
• Independent handling of PPC related activities.
• Preparation and editing of stock statement.
• Prepare production plan against availability of materials.
• Reconciliation of stock with accounting audit.
• Coordination with Store dept. of demand of our products.
• Collect the data of Physical Stock.
• Preparation materials planning (which is coming in time or late).
• Summary of total material demand.
• Collect rejection data, FG data.
• Daily stock maintenance in ERP & manual system.
• Manpower Planning.
• Daily job wise report of shop floor to Management.
• Independent handling of dispatch & Store related activities.
• Maintenance of material codification according to package requirements &product wise
data.
• Issuing stocks according to FIFO method.
• Daily stock maintenance in Manual System.
• Reconciliation of stock with accounting audit.
• Daily job report of shop floor to Management.
