Are you passionate about creating a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace? We're looking for a dedicated EHS Executive to join a dynamic team. If you have a background in Environmental, Health, and Safety management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Safety Audits: Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Accident Investigations: Participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents, including near-miss cases, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Identify workplace hazards and assess risks associated with operations, equipment, and materials.
Environmental Management: Monitor and manage waste disposal, pollution control, and resource usage to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present periodic management reports.
EHS Training: Provide Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) training to employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to EHS practices.
Promotional Activities: Initiate EHS promotional activities to enhance safety culture.
Health Monitoring: Monitor workplace health conditions, including noise levels, air quality, and ergonomics.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in EHS processes and practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an EHS role.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct training sessions and promote EHS awareness.
Proficiency in using EHS management software and tools.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Experience in conducting safety audits and accident investigations.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
