Sales Executive

Work location: Bangkok

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team and other relevant departments to drive business growth.
• Visit customer assess their needs, analyze situations, track outcomes, and report to the manager.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Follow up and solve Sales problems to be able to meet the customer's needs.
• Communicate, maintain and develop clients relationship.
• Secure contracts from new prospective customers on a monthly basis.
• Execute sales activities aimed at achieving sales targets, including following up with customer accounts and managing internal processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in leasing company is preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good command in English is a must* (Business level)
• Driving skills are an advantage; owning a car is not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce programs.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and self-motivated.
• Strong passion for sales and highly driven to achieve targets.
• Excellent personality, strong negotiation skills, and logical thinking are essential.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm, easy-going personality with a service-oriented mindset.
