Job Description
- A bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field is often required.
- Experience in quality control or assurance within the food industry over 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software is also beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job descriptions:
- Monitoring and enforcing these systems to ensure food safety and quality throughout the production process.
- Visiting the supplier, group company and check the quality of products
- Conducting environmental swabbing and monitoring to ensure that the production environment meets safety standards.
- Maintaining detailed records related to traceability of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.
- Performing inspections of production lines before operations begin.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities is essential.
- Developing the quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
