About the Role: We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Business Consultant to join a leading consulting firm. This role will focus on supporting clients in the automotive industry and sustainability sector, providing strategic insights and solutions to drive business growth and transformation.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to clients in the automotive and sustainability sectors, analyzing business challenges and proposing strategic solutions. 

• Conduct market research, data analysis, and industry assessments to support decision making. 

• Collaborate with Japanese HQ and local teams to ensure seamless project execution. 

• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and reports in Japanese and English. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to offer valuable insights to clients. 

• Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation. 

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and strong English communication skills.

• Experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or project management, preferably in the automotive or sustainability field.  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.  

• Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Background in automotive industry, sustainability consulting, or related fields is a plus.  

• Experience working with Japanese clients or companies.
