Our client is a manufacturing company. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing clients to comprehensively understand and assess their specific needs and requirements. 

• Collaborate with dealers and distributors to recommend optimal equipment solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company’s high-quality standards. 

• Support dealers and distributors by providing detailed product specifications and guidance to ensure the correct configuration and utilization of company products. 

• Develop comprehensive proposals and detailed quotations for dealers and distributors, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing. 

• Analyze, update, and manage pricing structures to maintain competitiveness and profitability. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in the customer services function 

• Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building relationships with dealers and distributors.

• Good command of English.
