Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Production Planning: Develop production plans that align with customer demand and the factory's production capacity.
  
• Production Monitoring and Control: Monitor the progress of the production process, ensuring that the quality and quantity of output meet the established plans.
  
• Inventory Management: Plan and control inventory levels to optimize costs and prevent stock shortages.
  
• Data Analysis: Analyze production and sales data to improve the efficiency of the production process.
   

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing teams, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
  
• Strong understanding of production processes.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and with a high level of responsibility.
