Job Title: Japanese Speaking Officer 

Location: Wattana, Bangkok 

Working condition: Monday-Friday, 09.00-18.00 

About the Role: We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious financial services company, looking to hire a Japanese-Speaking Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with JLPT N1 proficiency in Japanese, and we are open to fresh graduates with a keen interest in the finance industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders to provide support and resolve inquiries.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, documents, and communications in both Japanese and English.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that financial services meet the needs of stakeholder 

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and delivering accurate information.

• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation related to department. 

• Assist in translating and interpreting documents or meetings between Japanese and English-speaking teams.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 (Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese required).

• Education: Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field are welcome to apply.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English (both written and spoken), attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Interest in Finance: A genuine interest in the finance industry, with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
