Job Description
Lập kế hoạch và làm báo cáo phát triển các dự án kinh doanh khu vui chơi hàng năm.
Tìm kiếm mặt bằng thuê địa điểm cho những dự án mới trong trung tâm thương mại (TTTM).
Thương thảo các điều kiện mặt bằng và xúc tiến hợp đồng thuê địa điểm.
Lên kế hoạch phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để triển khai và xây dựng khu vui chơi mới.
Các công việc khác liên quan đến việc phát triển dự án theo sự chỉ đạo của cấp trên.
Bằng Đại học chuyên ngành bất kỳ
Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển dự án, tìm kiếm mặt bằng trong TTTM
Có thể đi công tác các tỉnh.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thương lượng tốt.
Có kỹ năng về tin học văn phòng tốt: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Tiếng Anh/tiếng Nhật cơ bản
