Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all tax reporting and compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax laws.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax obligations and ensure compliance.
Analyze financial data to identify tax savings opportunities.
Conduct research on tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits.
Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff.
Prepare and present detailed reports on the company's tax situation to senior management.
