業務内容

• ステークホルダーと協力し、ビジネスゴールやユーザーニーズとデザインを整合させること
• ユーザーインターフェースに合ったワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプ、ペルソナ、シナリオを開発すること
• ユーザーからのフィードバックを分析し、ユーザーエクスペリエンスを改善すること
• ブランド価値を高める、エレガントでユーザーフレンドリーなソリューションによってデザイン上の課題を解決すること
• 多分野のチームと協力し、常に明確なコミュニケーションを心掛け、プロジェクトの最新情報を共有すること

Shape impactful user experiences with innovative designs in a dynamic Tokyo environment.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align designs with business goals and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, personas, and scenarios consistent with the user interface.
• Analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Solve design challenges with elegant, user-friendly solutions that enhance brand value.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication and delivering project updates.

必須条件

• ユーザビリティを重視したUX、またはUIデザイン経験3〜5年
• Figma、Sketch、Marvelなどのツールを使いこなせること
• HTML/CSSとWeb標準の基本的な知識
• 戦略的デザインやユーザーエクスペリエンスの意思決定に長けていること
• ビジネス・コミュニケーション能力、問題解決力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC800点以上あることが望ましい）
• 日本語は不問です

優遇条件

• 専門的なオーディエンス向けのウェブコンテンツ作成経験
• デザインシステムとその応用に詳しい方歓迎

パーソナリティ

• 英語における強力なコミュニケーション能力

Required skills

• 3-5 years of experience in UX or UI design with strong usability principles.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Marvel.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web standards.
• Skilled in strategic design and user experience decision-making.
• Professional communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred skills

• Experience creating web content for specialized audiences.
• Familiarity with design systems and their application.

Personal Attributes

• Japanese: Not required.
• English: Business-level proficiency (TOEIC 800+ preferred).
