【仕事内容】
装置製造の品質管理部署のマネージメント
＜具体的には＞
- 品質基準の設定と管理（システムづくり・システム改善）
- 品質検査、およびその管理
- 不具合の分析と改善、およびその管理
- 従業員の教育、トレーニング

製造部門の組織改善・体制強化のための増員
【採用人数】１名
【雇用形態】
- 契約社員 ※はじめの6ヶ月は有期雇用の契約社員としてスタート。
- 期間終了後正社員登用あり。
【想定年収】600万～700万円
- 月給：400,000～430,000円（固定残業代40H分含む）
（内訳：基本給 306,000～330,000円 ＋
固定残業代（40時間） 94,000～100,000円）
- 賞与：有（業績・成果で変動） ※はじめの6か月間は無し
- 昇給：有（不定期）※はじめの6ヶ月間は無し
【勤務地】埼玉県入間市木蓮寺1070-2 ※変更なし
【勤務時間】
- 9:00~18:00（残業：月平均10-30時間）
- 休憩1時間（12-13時）
【休日休暇】
-土日、夏季・冬季休暇有、その他会社カレンダーに準ずる
