【仕事内容】
成膜装置の設計開発をおこなう技術部門全体の統括責任者
＜具体的には＞
- 技術部門全体の組織改革
- 技術部門全体の統括、管理
- 技術戦略の策定、実施
- 新技術の研究開発
- プロジェクトチームづくり、プロジェクト全体の管理

【雇用形態】
- 契約社員 ※はじめの6ヶ月は有期雇用の契約社員としてスタート。
- 期間終了後正社員登用あり。
【想定年収】1000万～2000万円以上
- 月給：600,000～1,200,000円（固定残業代40H分含む）
（内訳：基本給 460,000～920,000円 ＋
固定残業代（40時間）140,000～280,000円）
※固定残業代：残業の有無に関わらず40時間分を支給
- 賞与：有（業績・成果で変動） ※はじめの6か月間は無し
- 昇給：有（不定期）※はじめの6ヶ月間は無し
【勤務地】埼玉県入間市木蓮寺1070-2 ※変更なし
- 受動喫煙防止措置：屋内禁煙
【勤務時間】
- 9:00~18:00（時間外：月平均20～30時間）
- 休憩1時間（昼休憩12-13時）
- 実働８時間
【休日休暇】
- 土日、夏季・年末年始休暇、祝日は会社カレンダーに準ずる
- 年間休日118日
