1) 月次財務報告 (実績/予測)
2) 支出承認、支払依頼の内部統制
3) 会計年度中の予算振替管理
4) 部門のコンサルティング
・定期的な予算会議の開催による予算進捗の分析、対策等
5)年次決算、会計監査対応
6)中期計画の策定の主導
