• Act as the primary point of contact for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) customers.
• Handle sales inquiries, provide product recommendations, and create accurate quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Support sales representatives in achieving their targets by providing back-office support.

• Experience in inside sales or sales administration
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
