【仕事内容】
- 装置開発部門のマネージメント
- 成膜装置のハード、プロセス開発
- 社長の技術補佐（リサーチ、報告書作成等）

【雇用形態】
- 契約社員 ※はじめの6ヶ月は有期雇用の契約社員としてスタート。
- 期間終了後正社員登用あり。
【想定年収】700万～1000万円以上
- 月給：500,000～550,000円（固定残業代40H分含む）
（内訳：基本給 383,000～421,000円
＋固定残業代（40時間）117,000～129,000円）
※固定残業代：残業の有無に関わらず40時間分を支給
- 賞与：有（業績・成果で変動） ※はじめの6か月間は無し
- 昇給：有（不定期）※はじめの6ヶ月間は無し
