職務内容
当社は、日本市場における投資機会の発掘から資産運用までを担う投資部門のアナリストを募集しています。本ポジションでは、投資案件の分析・実行・運用まで一貫して携わり、企業価値向上に貢献していただきます。
主な業務内容
- 財務モデリングおよびバリュエーションの作成
- 投資委員会向けのメモランダムや投資家向けプレゼンテーションの作成
- 投資機会を特定するための業界・市場調査の実施
- ディール実行の主導（財務分析、デューデリジェンス、契約書作成、資金調達など）
- 日本国内のポートフォリオ資産のアセットマネジメント業務（ポートフォリオ価値向上戦略の策定・実施）

- 投資判断のための市場・業界調査スキル
- M&Aや投資案件のデューデリジェンス・契約交渉の経験
- 日本市場での資産運用・アセットマネジメント経験があれば尚可
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、日本法の読解、日本語でリーガル文書を作成する能力必須
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
