Our client is a leading manufacturer of off-the-road tires and wheels, headquartered in Chonburi. They are currently seeking a QA Manager with the following details:

Position:                               QA Manager

Salary:                                   60,000 – 80,000 THB / month

Welfares:                               Bonus                                     

Location:                               Ban Bung, Chonburi

Working Day:                        Only Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all QA activities and operations to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.

• Manage and plan the work of Quality Assurance and Quality Control employees.

• Monitor, set targets, and evaluate performance regularly.

• Provide recommendations for improving the performance of subordinates.

• Make decisions and resolve issues during operations.

• Address and resolve issues in incoming, in-process, and outgoing processes while enhancing efficiency.

• Communicate with clients to confirm that quality meets their expectations.

• Manage workload and job assignments for QA team members.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent quality.

• Report quality issues to management and outline procedures for quality concerns.

• Inspect procedures to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Conduct QA audits, customer audits, and quality risk analyses on the production line.

• Stay updated on new solutions, technologies, and skills through continuous learning.

• Manage and submit documents and reports required by the client.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

• Oversee all quality-related matters on the shop floor.

• Provide support to QA team members.

Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or industrial-related fields.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the Agricultural or Automotive manufacturing industry.

• At least 10 years of managerial experience in QA/QC within the Agricultural or Automotive manufacturing sector.

• Proficient in English, with advanced conversational skills at a middle level.

• In-depth knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001:2015, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Excellent supervisory skills, capable of making sound decisions, and communicating effectively.

• A proactive mindset with a proven track record of implementing solutions to challenges.
