Location: Phuket

Looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational phases of a luxury hotel with a strong background in hotel management and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Phase:

• Project Management: Oversee construction, equipment procurement, and budget management.

• Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with key vendors.

• Team Building: Recruit and train a skilled pre-opening team.

• Systems & Procedures: Implement hotel procedures, policies, and technologies.

Opening Phase:

• Hotel Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, drive revenue, and provide exceptional guest service.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the management team.

• Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports.

• Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.

• Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and complaints.

• Community Relations: Build positive relationships with the local community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• 10+ years of hotel management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.

• Experience in pre-opening luxury hotels preferred.

• Strong financial and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in hotel technologies.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
