Our client is a private financial institution that focuses on asset-backed finance and asset management services, operating outside the traditional banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Plan strategies for Asset Backed Lending, following company rules.

• Lead bids for asset-backed loans to reach profit targets.

• Review potential acquisitions and projects for risks and benefits.

• Learn about properties and markets for smart decisions.

• Train debt collection staff on negotiation and compliance.

• Lead and motivate a top-performing team.

• Set procedures to manage risks.

• Communicate with customers for timely payments.

• Track overdue accounts with software.

• Handle accurate invoicing and billing.

• Make performance reports and suggest improvements.

• Ensure audit and legal compliance.

• Plan and lead collection activities to meet profit goals.

• Manage and sell repossessed assets quickly.

• Run call center to resolve payment issues fast.

• Address collection problems with a customer-first approach.

• Regularly check and improve processes.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• More than 5 years in senior management in asset management, banking, or financial services.

• Successful in bidding for asset-backed loans and meeting profit targets.

• Skilled in evaluating acquisitions and conducting feasibility studies.

• Proven in developing and executing plans for asset-backed lending.
• Able to work in Chiangmai

• Good in English.
