・主にTier 1の自動車メーカーが顧客
職務内容
日系企業を中心に営業活動、スタッフの業務管理を主にしていただきます。
【具体的には】
・タイ人の部下のマネジメント
・既存顧客への営業
・見積書、必要書類の作成
・納品時の立会いやトラブル対応
・その他営業に付随する業務
既存顧客の対応が業務の80%程度、新規顧客の対応が20%程度です。ノルマはなく既存顧客のフォローがメイン業務となります。
新規顧客に関してはインバウンドがほとんどのためテレアポ等はございません。
