≪ポジション≫ R&D
アセアン地域及び日本本社向けに新しい家具や関連製品のデザインに従事頂きます。
新しいコンセプトやデザイン、または既存のデザインの改善をベースとした、革新的なデザイン、機能要件、美的魅力の創出
コスト、材料選定、生産方法、新技術、安全性、ファッショントレンド、人間工学、環境、マーケティング、ビジネス戦略など、製品デザインに影響を与える要因を評価し、推奨
製品図面、詳細図の設計、3D/2D、フィット/クリアランス、技術指導および管理
スケッチ、プロトタイプ等を用いた製品コンセプトのテスト及び調査
製品実現に向けた、顧客や他部門（生産管理、品質保証、営業、生産）との連携
≪応募資格≫
【必須条件】
■工業デザインの学士号または同等の学位を取得していること
■家具デザインの実務経験／金属、鉄鋼、木材、プラスチック家具業界の製造経験（目安3年）
■CAD（ソリッドワークス）操作スキルに関する十分な知識
■日本語及び英語（ともにビジネスレベル以上）
