An international Retail Fashion company is looking for a Store Manager to lead the operation of their outlet in Pavilion Bukit Jalil that is launching.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising, inventory management, stock level optimization, and POS system accuracy.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, set clear goals and provide timely performance feedback.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for the store.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store events or campaigns, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Submit sales reports to the business owner or regional manager and provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Excellent command of verbal and written Mandarin to deal with China stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented and proactive in identifying solutions.
