An international retail Beverage company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end establishment and operation of their outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive business plan, including market and location surveys, budget, costing, and financial forecasts.
Obtain necessary licenses, manage vendor negotiations for equipment and supplies, and coordinate with contractors and designers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of store operations.
Recruit, train, and onboard store staff, ensuring they meet quality and service standards.
Oversee the daily operations, monitor sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategies as needed.
Propose initiatives to increase profitability and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in F&B operations or project management, preferably with experience in setting up new outlets.
Excellent command of verbal and written Mandarin to deal with China stakeholders.
Strong project management, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of F&B industry regulations and standards.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
