Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users on all application systems.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to design and propose IT solutions for business needs.
Manage IT projects through the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely completion according to project schedules.
Conduct user requirements and system feasibility studies.
Develop and review technical support documents and other SDLC-related documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, driving defect resolution with technical stakeholders.
Ensure the stability, security, and reliability of technical deliveries, including reviewing penetration test results and working with vendors to mitigate risks.
Manage and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) activities.
Collaborate with the PayNet SIT and UAT teams to perform testing.
Assist with internal and authority reporting as needed
The candidate should have at least a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, support, or IT project management is required.
Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with users at all levels are essential.
Should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
