Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on the PBT system, including testing, inspection, adjustment, and calibration tasks, both at heights and within equipment enclosures.
Maintain, test, and troubleshoot key systems, including:
Accelerator systems
Irradiation devices
Patient alignment systems
Safety interlock systems
Monitor the operation of the PBT system and identify areas for performance improvement.
Adopt and integrate new technology, products, and processes to enhance system functionality.
Respond promptly to service calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Fulfill work orders, submit reports (including timecards, working reports, and expense reports), and adhere to company and customer procedures.
Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning activities when necessary.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including radiation safety regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
Work with high-voltage equipment, magnetic fields, and in radiation-prone environments.
Rotating shift work is required.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience with large-scale electrical systems.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, particularly in environments involving high-voltage, radiation, and electromagnetic fields.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documents (e.g., schematics, circuit diagrams, piping diagrams).
Experience using electronic test and measurement instruments such as DVM, oscilloscopes, and micrometers.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex equipment and systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable with working at heights and lifting up to 20 kg repeatedly.
A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of teamwork.
