Job Summary:

• Our client in the construction industry is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will manage wiring installations, create wiring diagrams, assemble control panels, and work with PLC systems, requiring a strong engineering background and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install wiring according to wiring diagrams for project or new machinery needs.

• Create wiring diagrams based on existing machine cabling.

• Design wiring diagrams for simple automation systems.

• Assemble control panels and motor drivers with high-quality standards.

• Set up and maintain AC and DC motors, including understanding motor drive systems.

• Work with PLC systems for machine automation and integration needs.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet specifications.

• Create simple technical reports related to the work done.

Requirements:

• Minimum education of an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of work experience in wiring installation or completion of 3 new machinery installation projects.

• Proficient in creating wiring diagrams for electrical needs.

• Capable of designing simple automation wiring systems.

• Understanding of PLC concepts and able to perform basic configurations.

• Skilled in assembling control panels and motor drivers.

• In-depth understanding of AC & DC motors and motor drives.

• Passive English proficiency, especially for basic technical terms.

• Hardworking, disciplined, communicative, and responsible.

• Ready to work independently with a high level of honesty and dedication.
