Job Description
Essential Duties & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee asset management (AM) for investment properties, including multi-family apartments and logistics properties.
Monitor and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual management status.
Prepare and present monthly AM reports.
Conduct market research on leasing and cost markets.
Develop and manage annual budgets, and perform P&L and balance sheet analysis.
Engage in discussions and negotiations with local partner companies (joint investors, investment managers), and provide instructions to property management (PM) companies.
Create and revise cash flow projections for new property acquisitions.
Calculate estimated Net Operating Income (NOI) for property sales pricing.
Perform additional tasks as required by future business developments.
Location Hybrid（El Segundo, CA）
SALARY USD150,000-180,000
