- Understand and analyze the business processes of the airline business.
- Collaborate/discuss with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- Create test scripts for new business processes.
- Coordination with offshore for test execution and implementation of solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Experience in vendor management as an in-house IT professional - business level
- - Domain knowledge of aviation/logistics - Global project experience - Technical skills in JAVA, UI, or AWS
Japanese: Native level Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N), business level English.
Qualification:
- 3 years of experience in any of the following
- Experience as an IT business analyst -Experience as an IT consultant, PM, and PMO
- Experience in vendor management as in-house IT -Business level
- Airline/Logistics Domain Knowledge -Experience in global projects -Technical Proficiency in JAVA, UI or AWS.
Japanese language : Native level japanese (JLPT N) and business level english.
