Roles & Responsibility

• To lead the Engineers team regarding Input and Output management, including exchange of 3D CAD data and deliverables.
• To keep timline of the milestone, consulting with managers/supervisor of Cliant.
• To participate in internal development meetings at the client, also to participate in development meetings with suppliers, as required.
• To create or to update 3D data/sections and development documents, if necessary.
• To report and to maintain the progress and potential problem analysis proactively, based on designated report line.

Required skill and experience

Language
 L Basic technical communication 
　(TOEIC L&R 730+ / TOEFL iBT 80+)

Experience
 L・Engineering Back Ground 10 Years Experience (5 Years min in Exterior Parts)
　・Stamping parts design and/or manufacturing, body assembly process and datum system, open/close kinetics and seal design, painting, etc.
　・Mechanical design study using CAD, taking into account structural and production requirements, and parts spec. deployment, etc.
　・Creation of evidence for design verification (styling FB, tolerance stack-up, simple CAE verification of rigidity, parts integration study, etc.)
　・Digital verification and preparation of reports (interference, clearance, formability, metal seal for water proof, etc.)
　・Development Experiences and Team Development
　・Automotive OEM understanding regarding development process and simultaneous engineering
　・Experiences in leading the Engineers team, including task assignment and tracking, work load adjustment, etc.

Quality Management
　・To perform quality process requirement, such as DMDR, QFD, etc.
