1） Keep monitoring the latest law/regulation changes and inform relevant internal stakeholders including the Country/Region management; Identify any legal risks and implications and work out the action plan to implement the necessary mitigation measures;
2） Review contracts and legal documents from country functions and local Activities/BUs;
3） Coordinate and monitor the service quality of external law firms;
4） Provide full scope of legal and compliance related advice and support to BUs;
5） Responsible for corporate secretaries matters for the company group in Japan and prepare/proceed necessary documentation and registration with local authorities;
6） Communicate and implement compliance policies of the Group and Region as the country Ethic and Compliance Officer and deliver in person trainings; assist the fraud investigation when necessary.
