■Main responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
・ First line of defense for OPEX management of the Japan CHC commercial business. This includes
・ Monitor YTD and YTG OPEX run rates
・ Partner with Commercial functions （mainly Brand Innovation Performance Analytics and Communication） on gaps vs projections
・ Review and approve procurement requests
・ Find opportunities of proactive manage expenses by outlining actionable reductions and partner with the local Leadership Team members to help achieve them
・ Contribute to ad hoc projects and/or task force activities
・ Identify internal control anomalies/risks and proactively address them or escalate to relevant functions

■QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
8Yrs+ experience as Finance Business Partner
Experience in FMCG or in the Finance Services indusry
Knowledge in accounting （CPA or CA preferred but not required）
Ability to balance between critical thinking and business partnering
Advanced communication skills
Team oriented worker

■Languages:
The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in both English and Japanese as they will be required to communicate effectively in a business setting in Japan and with regional stakeholders and participate in global business interactions. Additionally this role will need excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Japanese and English. Ability to draft legal documents in both Japanese and English strongly preferred.
