- 7+ years of hands-on experience in manual and integration testing (for Leads)
- Experience handling multiple projects
- Team handling experience
- Test case design, data design and planning, RTM, batch execution
- Ability to triage issues, resolve data-related challenges and provide technical support team
- SDLC and Agile experience
- Experience working in a regulatory and compliance environment (finance or insurance)
Skills:

Japanese : Native level (N1), English: Business level
Qualifications:
