• Overall management of E2E testing for the rollout of S/4 and partner systems to Japan.
• Overall test scope management, coordinating testing methodology and guiding business/deployment UAT testers.
• Tracking and managing overall system readiness, test readiness, data availability and entry/exit criteria.
• Defect management and reconciliation
• Resolve the problem reliably
• Ensure that the testing team adheres to testing processes and methodologies.
• Identify gaps and proactively address them.
• Represent the test team in product meetings.
• Able to understand the technical details of ERP testing
• Manage the complete E2E testing for Japan Deployment across S/4 and partner systems.
• Overall Test Scope Management, Test Methodology Alignment and guiding Business/Deployment UAT testers.
• Track and Manage overall System Readiness, Test Readiness, Data availability and drive entry/exit criteria.
• Defect Management & Coordination.
• Ensure any roadblocks are resolved
• Ensure the testing teams adhere to the Testing processes & methodology
• Ensure gaps are identified & resolved proactively.
• Represents the testing team at the product meetings
• Able to grasp technical details of ERP testing

Eligibility:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in test management and reporting.
• SAP implementation project experience (required)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the tasks involved in testing during the test phase
• Understanding the various testing phases in IT
• Experience working with Test Management tools such as SolMan (Preferred) or HPALM
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Japanese to coordinate with business users.

Japanese: Fluent Japanese level (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2), business level English required

Qualifications:

• 10+ years hands on experience in Test Management & reporting.
• Test Manager with experience in SAP Implementation projects (Must have)
• Experience in leading cross functional teams.
• Understanding the Operations involved in Testing during the Testing phase.
• Understanding of the various testing phases in IT
• Has worked/experience with SolMan (Preferred) or any other Test Management Tool like HPALM.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Bilingual with English and Japanese to coordinate with Business Users.
