Job Title: Managing Director - Extravagant Ultra-Luxury Residences

Location: Bangkok city

Salary: 300,000 - 500,000 THB / month (Negotiable)

Job Summary: The Managing Director will oversee the development and management of extravagant ultra-luxury residential projects in Bangkok from inception to completion. This includes overseeing construction, marketing, sales, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and luxury are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the development of extravagant ultra-luxury residential projects from the ground up, including planning, design, construction, and sales.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing team, including architects, engineers, contractors, sales, and marketing professionals.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality and luxury, from construction materials to interior finishes.

• Budget Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality standards.

• Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals and investors. Oversee the sales process to ensure targets are met.

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the board of directors and other stakeholders on project progress, financial performance, and any issues that arise.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in managing high-end residential property projects, preferably for candidates with experience managing projects from inception.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.

• Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale luxury projects
