We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cost Estimator/Planner to join our electronic manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have strong Japanese language skills (No JLPT but proficiency is also considerable) and possess excellent of Excel proficiency.

Main responsibilities of the Business Analyst role 

• Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates for electronic manufacturing projects, ensuring all factors are considered.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create detailed reports, and provide insights for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with Japanese and local teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure project alignment and success.

Key requirements 

• Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3).

• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis.

• Previous experience in cost estimation or project planning in a manufacturing environment.

• Own a car and have a valid driver’s license.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
