Job Description
- To take care of customer (Key account Manager )
- OEM Handling (MSIL/TKM/HONDA) or Moulder/Tier-1/2 handling
- Customer complaint handling
- Interface between company and customer/RFQ handling
- Seeing daily operations/dispatches and ensuring smooth operations.
- Colloborating with QA departmnet for effective relationship building.
- Supporting the sales team to achieve sales target and Budget making.
- Assisting and developing marketing strategies to promote compoany product.
