Description

• Arrangement and delivery management of international cargo
• Customer care for domestic and international sales projects
• Overseas correspondence
• To strengthen operational relations to customer contacts by proactively advising and consulting to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolving any arising issues or complaints related to logistics
• Contributing to team efforts and meeting departmental objectives
