- グループ財務ガイドラインを遵守しながら、月次の財務分析およびインサイトを提供。
- 財務レポートの作成、分析結果の解説、効率的な管理体制の構築を通じて、戦略的意思決定を支援。
- セールスチームと連携し、顧客パフォーマンス、トレード条件、プロモーションROI（投資利益率）を評価。
- 事業計画や予算編成、予測プロセスをサポートし、必要に応じて予算案を検証・調整。
- BIツールを活用し、正確なデータ管理とタイムリーなレポート作成を実施。

- 5年以上の経験を持つ商業財務分野の実績あるプロフェッショナル。
- FMCG業界または外資系企業での経験がある方は尚歓迎。
- 優れた分析力、交渉力、利害関係者との関係構築スキルを持つ方。
- Excelや財務モデリングに高いスキルを持つ方、SAP BIやHyperion/HFMの経験がある方は尚良し。
- 複数の優先事項を管理し、細部に注意を払いながらプレッシャーの中で働ける方。
