業務内容:
-庶務 郵便対応
来客応対(会議室へのご案内、茶器の準備、会議室の片づけ)
所内の環境整備 (会議室エリア /執務エリア)
キッチンスペースの管理
電話応対 代表電話応対、Hunt Groupに回った電話の優先対応
秘書から依頼のあった業務の対応(法務局や弁護士会等への書類の提出、コピー等)
-ベンダー対応
-備品の管理 事務所で必要な文房具や日用品等の在庫をチェックし必要数を発注
-受付・来客応対
-オフィススケジュール管理 会議のアレンジ/VCのセットアップのサポート等
-海外オフィスからのVisitor対応のサポート
