【業務概要】
- 製品やFMEAからラインの要求機能を整理する
- 事前検証～設備仕様書，設備図面の作成を行う
- 設備サプライヤーに仕様書・図面の説明の実施及び見積入手、
- 必要に応じて内製化
- 設備サプライヤーの進捗管理、 具現化した設備・工程の動作検証
既存ライン・設備の改善
- 要求目標の整理、 現状把握・課題の整理
- 対策の立案、 対策案の図面化，又は仕様書作成
- 設備サプライヤへの仕様書・図面説明の実施及び見積入手
- 必要に応じて内製化、 設備サプライヤーの進捗管理
- 具現化した設備・工程の動作検証・効果確認
- 設備製作基準のまとめ、設備メンテナンス体制検討、工場の保全員育成体制検討
